ABOUT US
A Timing Belt Supplier That Makes the Odd Sizes Too
We manufacture and supply timing belts and matching pulleys — the profiles industry actually uses, in standard and custom sizes.
Who We Are
We are a timing belt manufacturer focused on one thing: synchronous drive components that fit, run, and last. Our range covers HTD (5M, 8M, 14M), GT2/3GT, and the common trapezoidal pitches — in standard and custom sizes, endless and open-ended.
Why We Exist
Most timing belt buyers fall into two camps: they need a standard size fast, or a custom size nobody stocks. Standard distributors cover the first; big manufacturers ignore the second. We built this company to cover both — a small order for a standard GT2 belt gets the same attention as an OEM run of ten thousand.
What We Do
Belts
Polyurethane and rubber, fiberglass/aramid/steel tension members, single and double-sided, endless and open-ended.
Pulleys
Aluminum, steel, and plastic, standard and custom bores, flanged or not.
Custom work
Non-standard widths, lengths, and materials for drives no catalog covers.
OEM supply
Parts made to your drawing or sample, under your part number.
OUR APPROACH
How We Work
Match the Drive
If your drive needs an odd width or a specific tension member, we make it rather than sell you the closest standard.
Samples First
Custom parts are sampled, approved, then produced — no surprises in production.
Honest Lead Times
If it takes ten days, we say ten days. If it takes three, you hear it sooner.
One Supplier
Belt and pulley from the same source means matched dimensions and one point of contact.
Quality and QC
Every batch is checked on the dimensions that matter — tooth pitch, width, length, and tension member integrity. Custom and OEM batches include documented QC you can attach to your own quality system.
Who We Work With
Equipment manufacturers (OEM supply), maintenance teams (replacement belts and pulleys), automation integrators (GT2 and HTD 5M for actuators and gantries), and 3D printer and CNC builders (open-ended GT2 and HTD 5M). If your machine has a timing belt, we probably make the exact one it needs.

Pitch, width, length, quantity — we will confirm the right belt and a quote. For OEM projects, a drawing, sample, or part number gets the process started.
