Custom Timing Belts & OEM Services
Standard timing belts cover most drives, but not all. When the drive needs a non-standard width, a length between standard tooth counts, or a material the catalog does not list — that is where we come in.
WHAT WE CAN CUSTOMIZE
Made to Your Spec
Custom Widths
Belts are slit from wider stock to any width you need — 7.5 mm, 12 mm, 34 mm, whatever the drive calls for. Cut edges are finished to prevent fraying in high-flex service.
Custom Lengths
Open-ended: cut to the exact length for linear drives. Endless: loops built to non-standard tooth counts (belt length = teeth × pitch, any whole number).
Custom Tension Members
Fiberglass, aramid (Kevlar-type), and steel cord — including hybrid constructions where the standard catalog does not fit the duty.
Custom Materials
Polyurethane in standard, food-grade, anti-static, and low/high-temperature grades; chloroprene rubber for hot service; special compounds on request.
Custom Tooth Configurations
Single-sided, double-sided, and special tooth-on-back configurations for serpentine and reverse-bend drives.
