A quotation is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Orders are binding only when confirmed in writing by both parties. Prices, lead times, and MOQs are quoted per specification.

4. Custom and OEM Work

Custom products are produced to the approved sample or specification. QC documentation is provided with each batch as described in the order confirmation.
